Slowness and Other Issues on this Luminaries Platform

Hi - I wanted to let everyone here on the platform know (if you haven’t noticed already), that there’s been a noticeable slowness on the platform or many of you have gotten stuck completely.

Influitive, the company that maintains this platform, had a scheduled maintenance last Sunday, but problems are still happening. Other Influitive customers, as well as myself, have submitted support tickets about this issue. I wish I had a better answer for everyone, but hopefully this issue will get addressed soon.

Just want to thank you for keeping us posted.

I’ve been having issues as well and chatted with Oscar about it and he told me that he’d contacted you. Really appreciate the transparency here, and I hope that Influitive are able to fix the issues soon.

@joakim.eriksson - I understand that Influitive did a patch yesterday and have scheduled maintenance for this sunday, February 18 at 12am-6am US Central Time. Hopefully that will fix all of these recent issues. Fingers crossed!
